Many of us use words to describe someone's success or a job well done by saying "You're Great, "That's Super", "How Wonderful", and the superlatives go on. Children hear these words from a young age from the adults who will influence them the most - their parents. Just as parents matter, so do their words and when compliments or constructive comments are shared with a child in a meaningful way, both child and parent will benefit.
